At Scabal, we maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Scabal account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return until it reaches our atelier.
